Hi. My brother said on radio live this morning that a jerno had found out that mpi knew m.bovis was in nz back in december 2015. Did any one else hear this? Any links to the audio?

Year ive watched that but it was this morning, radio live, mark sansbry, about 9 50 am. This jerno said, among other things, mpi became aware of bovis december 2015 but not sure how it arrived. Never made it public till july 2017 and the dutch guys imported illagal drugs to stop the spread?
