Forward trace properties

I'm just wondering what protocols are being followed for the forward trace properties? Are they under movement control? Thanks.

Traced property’s are not under movement control.
They are managed by their risk factor ie: how close to a movement control property are they even before they are tested, then they test high risk farms first and as the results comes though their risk goes up or down if they go up they may go to a movement control NOD were movement is restricted, if there is a possibility of a positive they go to RPI were no movement is aloud expected for to cull, when they get a positive they become an IP and a cull order follows.
