Why is milk test clear and blood test not and what is involved in testing an animal on suspect
Mycoplasma bovis has no cell wall, this means when testing it will only show up as a positive if it is active, ie when animals is stressed.
So when animals is tested even if infected it can show up as a non positive,(that is why they call it a non positive not “negative”) so multiple testing is required,
