Nod to cull
If you have positives in a mob of cattle on an extensive sheep & beef property,& you know that the positive mob has been nowhere near other cattle,can that positive mob be culled & the rest of the property be cleared even when proven that the rest of the cattle have had 3 rounds of negative blood tests.Can we keep the clear cattle or is the property tarred with the positive mobs brush?
In theory yes but you have to convince MPI of this case, best way to start if you’re 100% sure is a map that separated the farm into blocks, have written down when animals were shifted to where & dates, when they came to yards, was yards cleaned between mobs.
