Min wage
Now min wage has gone up, don’t you think all your stuff should have one ($0.75/hr)
Yup we did. We look after our staff and they look after us and respect the animals and equipment. We pay them more because we don't want to lose them. Good farmers are hard to find now!
We give a 1% payrise every 6 mouths, it’s in their contact, we don’t overpay to start (based on experience) but the longer they are here the harder they find it to leave because a payrise is just around the corner, we think that’s worth more than training someone new.
