Would a naive herd show symptoms within days of being exposed?

If cows have no exposure will they show symptoms when being exposed to infected animals, how else can you tell this exposure has happened.

Short answer is no, think about mycoplasma like you do Johne’s disease they can have it and not showing signs.
What do you do when buying cows in relation to johne’s?
The only difference is if a positive johne’s test is positive it will always be positive but in some cases it can live to over 15 year and no symptoms.
